Process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology specialising in moulded parts
Process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology specialising in moulded parts produce all moulded parts in injection moulding to match our plastic piping system. These moulded parts are produced by injecting the molten plastic into prefabricated moulds in modern injection moulding machines. Process mechanics set up the injection moulding machines and handling systems (robots) for production and program them to suit the products to be manufactured. In addition to setting up and programming, this also includes documenting the production settings. To ensure the quality, a control of the current production is carried out in close coordination with our laboratory. Within the machines and production facilities they also take care of the maintenance of the machines and the commissioning of new tools.
In the injection moulding department you will receive training in a familiar environment with the support of experienced process mechanics. Our machinery is state of the art with machines from established manufacturers with clamping forces of up to 1,500 tons.
