aquatherm blue pipe made of corrosion-resistant polypropylene is a specialist for the transport of cooling and heating media in closed systems and is therefore particularly suitable for various industrial applications. The physical properties of the plastic are adapted to the special requirements of the heating and cooling sector. It is characterized by its high temperature and pressure resistance. Added to this are the exceptionally good welding properties and the fusion into a homogeneous and materially cohesive unit, so that a maximum of safety and service life is achieved. The system contains – in combination with the aquatherm green pipe fittings – all components for the pipe installation of air conditioning and heating systems as well as for the plant engineering.

Our material fusiolen®
Decades of experience in the production and application of polypropylene piping systems and the simultaneous endeavour for continuous further development have led to numerous improvements of the aquatherm products.

The basis for this are the innovative polypropylene materials developed and produced by ourselves, which became known as fusiolen® known as fusiolen. Successful results of research & development are fusiolen® PP-R, fusiolen® PR-R FS and fusiolen® PP-RCT.

is characterized, among other things, by its special high-heat and extraction stability. Especially the good weldability and the fusion to a homogeneous unit have made the material and the aquatherm polypropylene systems known worldwide. Its physical and chemical properties are adapted to the special requirements of the respective areas of application, such as drinking water, heating and cooling or sprinkler applications.

fusiolen® is an environmentally friendly material that can be recycled and reused in various applications. No environmentally hazardous substances are produced either during processing or during subsequent disposal.
Worldwide, fusiolen® is valued for its durability, chemical purity and low environmental impact.

Fire protection

The aquatherm PP-R pipe systems fulfil the requirements of the building material class B 2 DIN 4102 (normal inflammable). Compared to natural materials such as wood, cork or wool, they do not exhibit increased fire gas toxicity. This means that no dioxin is produced during incineration. further information

Fibre composite pipe

By the manufacturing process developed by aquatherm the integration of a special fibre mixture within the material polypropylene is realized.

The result of this innovative technology is the unique direct composite of the material components.
