aquatherm Metallverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG now part of aquatherm GmbH

aquatherm Metallverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG has been part of aquatherm GmbH retrospectively since January 1. A step that has numerous
advantages for both sides.

The company names already suggest it: the companies are closely related from their history. They were both founded by Gerhard
Rosenberg – aquatherm GmbH, based in Attendorn, for the manufacture and sale of plastic piping systems for plant engineering
and building services, in 1973. And aquatherm Metallverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG, based in the Ennest district of Attendorn for the
production of turned parts made of brass and aluminum 23 years later. Annually around nine million turned parts are made exclusively
for aquatherm GmbH, where plastic injection molded fittings are molded around them and they are then used by the customer
as a transition from plastic pipe to metal connection.

Despite the extremely close cooperation, there were previously two separate companies. “Now we want to bundle our competencies
and legally become a company,” explains Christof Rosenberg, together with his brothers Dirk and Maik Rosenberg, managing
directors of aquatherm GmbH. “We have always been emotionally a company and actually only separated on paper; now what
belongs together grows together. This step had been in preparation for over a year and was now implemented retrospectively with the official entry in the
commercial register on January 1, 2020. Especially in today’s particularly challenging time, we as entrepreneurs are challenged more than ever to lead our
companies and our employees safely through the crisis through responsible and targeted measures! “
