Successful certification for the fourth time in a row

For the fourth time in a row, aquatherm GmbH, based in Attendorn, has been certified as an “Excellent Training Company”. The seal offers young people a neutral orientation aid for choosing a training company.

The award, which is presented by Ertragswerkstatt GmbH in Werdohl, focuses on the opinions of the trainees: they were asked in detail about their training situation. The aquatherm trainees were particularly positive about the opportunity to work independently, the working hours, the appreciation as trainees and the transparency of expectations. In addition to the survey, key figures – for example the takeover rate in the company – and concepts were evaluated. Due to the high satisfaction of the trainees and the high commitment in the field of training, aquatherm may call itself “Excellent training company 2020”.

“For us as an employer, the vocational training of young people is an important building block to which we dedicate ourselves responsibly and passionately. After all, it is a significant factor in our long-term success,” explains the HR management. “The comprehensive and independent evaluation of our training quality provides us with an important basis for this.”

Denise Niedzwiecki, training manager at aquatherm, adds: “The re-certification confirms our work and motivates us to constantly develop the training concept further.”
