Onboarding

Welcome to aquatherm! We know that a new professional development always brings with it a lot of questions. Through our onboarding process, we gradually integrate new employees into the company.

 

Corporate culture

Our active interaction with each other is very important to us. For this reason, there is usually at least one culture multiplier in each team/department, who particularly develops the topic of corporate culture.

A long-term perspective

Our strategic orientation is always long-term and we are interested in long-term cooperation with our employees. Our employment contracts are therefore usually issued for an indefinite period.

 

Sales bonus

Together we shape the future of our company and so everyone should also participate in our development. That is why the aquatherm turnover bonus is distributed every month.

 

Working hours account

With us, all hours worked are recorded in a personal working time account. Whether these are paid out at a later date – or converted into a plus in free time – is up to each employee.

 

Unfallversicherung

In the aquatherm family we take responsibility for each other. With this in mind, we include every employee in our group accident insurance policy from the very first day of employment.

 

Childcare allowance

As a responsibly acting family business, the compatibility of work and private life is a particularly important concern for us. In order to provide financial support for childcare, we offer a monthly allowance.

 

Company pension scheme

We participate in the conclusion of a company pension scheme with capital-forming benefits.

 

Employee loans

Our concern is to help quickly and uncomplicatedly, also financially, if the personal circumstances of our employees make this necessary.

 

Travel allowance

All employees with a further journey receive a travel allowance from the 11th kilometre onwards for the single, shortest journey between home and place of work.

 

Job-Bike

We offer our employees an alternative to the classic purchase of a bicycle: whether bicycle or e-bike – with our leasing model they are always on the right track.
