Excellent training company

For the fourth time in a row aquatherm GmbH, located in Attendorn, was certified as an “Excellent Training Company.“ 

The seal offers young people a neutral orientation guide for choosing a training company.

The award, which is presented by Ertragswerkstatt GmbH in Werdohl, focuses on the trainees‘ opinions: They were asked in detail about their training situation. The aquatherm trainees were particularly positive about the opportunity to work independently, the working hours, the appreciation as trainees and the transparency of expectations. In addition to the survey, key figures – for example the rate of takeovers in the company – and concepts were evaluated. Due to the high satisfaction of the apprentices and the high commitment in the field of training, aquatherm may call itself an “Excellent Training Company 2020.”

“The vocational training of young people is an important component for us as an employer, to which we devote ourselves responsibly and passionately. After all, it is an important factor for our long-term success,” explains Head of Human Resources Rebecca Szilinski. “The comprehensive and independent evaluation of our training quality provides us with an important basis for this.”

Denise Niedzwiecki, head of training at aquatherm, adds: “The re-certification confirms our work and motivates us to continuously develop the training concept.”

At aquatherm an average of 25 young people are trained – mainly in industrial-technical topics, but also in the commercial sector.
