New 1 1/4″ heating circuit manifolds

The current heating circuit manifolds, as well as the corresponding through ball valve, are replaced by a new version of the dimension 1 1/4″ with flow meters of 0-6 l/min. The manifolds 1″ are no longer available.

The article numbers 94502 to 94513 are affected.

The new heating circuit manifold offers numerous advantages: Due to the enlarged cross-section, a higher flow rate is possible with a lower total pressure loss in the manifold. In addition, the lower pressure loss due to the enlarged cross-section means that the maximum number of control circuits to be connected can be increased. Consequently, the number of necessary control loop manifolds can be reduced in some projects. In addition, the flow indicator is now adjustable between 0-6 l/min (with 1″ manifolds: 0-4 l/min). This means that higher volume flows, mainly necessary in cooling mode with small spreads between flow/return temperature, can also be set without restriction.

The manufacturing process of the aquatherm reducers 315/200mm has now changed. The different versions are produced via master injection moulding. In this context, new article numbers have been assigned. The following products are affected.

The other variants reducers 315/250mm, 355/250mm and 355/315mm will also be converted to the new production process in the course of the year.
