After two girls in the Rosenberg family, I was born in 1971 as the first of three sons. Following my school education, I completed a vocational training/apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic at LEWA in Attendorn.

After my secondary school leaving certificate, I wanted to become a radio and television technician. But since apprenticeships were few and far between and I really wanted to do something in the field of electronics, I decided to train as an electrician,

I was born in 1980, the youngest of the five children in the Rosenberg family. After my school education at the St. Ursula-Gymnasium in Attendorn, I studied business administration with a focus on human resources and controlling until 2006.

After finishing secondary school at the Realschule in Wenden, I first completed a craft apprenticeship. After that I decided to do a second apprenticeship as an industrial clerk.

I was born in Attendorn in 1975. After graduating from the Rivius Gymnasium in Attendorn, I completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician in plastics mechanical engineering at Battenfeld.

I have always been interested in discovering the world and getting to know people from other cultures. After my 3.5-year apprenticeship as a gas and water fitter and my civilian service, nothing could stop me.

Gerhard Rosenberg was born in 1940 in Grevenbrück, Sauerland. Certainly not an easy time, when he started school in 1946 with a cardboard box as a satchel and wooden shoes.

My first contact with aquatherm was in 2010. At the time, I was employed by a temporary employment agency and worked at aquatherm in the register production department.

I am very familiar with the sanitary, heating and air conditioning industry. I worked for many years as a branch manager in a sanitary wholesale business before I joined aquatherm on 1 June 2005 as operations manager for the Radeberg site.

After graduating from secondary school in Olpe, I trained as a bricklayer and worked in the trade as a journeyman for a year.

After finishing secondary school, I completed a one-year commercial college before starting my training as an industrial clerk at aquatherm in September 2003.

I have always found technology exciting. For this reason, I wanted to do a 1-year basic vocational school year in the field of metal. Since the maximum class size had already been reached, I decided on the subject of painting and varnishing.

However, when my brother, who was working at aquatherm in the meantime, told me about a vacancy as a warehouse clerk, it was clear to me: “I have to go there!”. Christoph had always spoken positively about his work and the company, so I jumped at the chance and applied.

From trainee to head of department – that sums up my career at aquatherm in a few words. It was clear to me that I wanted to do something technical in industry after school.
