Piping products with increased pressure resistance are increasingly in demand in the heating and cooling market. aquatherm is pleased to meet this demand by announcing that aquatherm blue pipe in SDR 11 and SDR 17.6 will be converted to the material fusiolen® PP-RCT beginning April 1, 2020 and will be renamed aquatherm blue pipe MF RP.

New figures from the corporate group
A range of 16,800 items, 31,7 million pipe meters and over 37 million fittings per year as well as a sales growth of 5 percent in the XXL-dimensions over the previous year: these are the latest figures from the aquatherm group of companies.

Plant growth improved, energy saved
In a greenhouse for basil cultivation, an old heating system needed to be replaced by an efficient system that would provide consistent, uniform heat. aquatherm black system ensures a constant water and ambient temperature and thus optimal conditions for basil cultivation. The growth of the plants was increased by about 25 percent.

MCE and Tube are moved
The two trade fairs Mostra Convegno Expocomfort in Milan (Italy) and Tube in Düsseldorf (Germany), in which aquatherm wanted to participate in March, will be postponed due to the currently spreading corona virus. The MCE takes place from September 8th to 11th, the Tube from December 7th to 11th.
